Job Description

Seeking an experienced SAP APO/IBP Business Analyst to support supply chain planning and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on configuration, implementation, integration, and production support experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP APO (DP, SNP, PP/DS) and SAP IBP (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP, Control Tower).

• Optimize statistical forecasting, supply planning, inventory, and detailed scheduling.

• Manage planning master data, including BOMs, resources, PDS/PPM, and location-product data.

• Support integrations with SAP ECC/S/4HANA, MES, CIF, OData, and middleware.

• Troubleshoot production and integration issues; prepare functional specifications and documentation.

• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, ABAP, Basis, MM, PP, and other cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP APO configuration (DP, SNP, PP/DS) or SAP IBP experience.

• At least 2 full-lifecycle SAP APO/IBP implementations.

• Strong expertise in forecasting, SNP heuristics/optimization, PP/DS scheduling, supply planning, and inventory optimization.

• Experience with ERP integration, master data, and production support.
