Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in supply chain planning, data product management, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP IBP, o9 Solutions, data validation, and supply planning processes, along with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

<>Supply Planning & IBP

• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and SAP IBP/o9 Supply Planning functionality.
• Experience working as a Supply Chain SME to support planning and optimization initiatives.
• Ability to translate business and functional requirements into technical design specifications.
• Manage and coordinate deliverables across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Basic hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and data analysis.

<>Data Product Management & System Integration

• Experience working with SAP IBP and related planning platforms.
• Familiarity with integration touchpoints across planning and trade management systems.
• Ability to convert functional requirements into technical user stories and development tasks.
• Track project delivery, dependencies, and overall solution implementation.
• Perform data analysis and validation using SQL and provide root cause analysis for data issues.

<>Data Validation & Reporting

• Strong experience with Databricks for data validation and troubleshooting activities.
• Ability to investigate and resolve data quality issues across multiple data layers.
• Proficiency in Power BI for creating, enhancing, and maintaining reports and dashboards.
• Support reporting and validation activities to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.

Required Skills

• SAP IBP Functional consulting experience.
• Strong Supply Chain Planning expertise.
• Experience with o9 Solutions or similar planning platforms.
• Data Product Management (DPM) experience.
• Azure Databricks and SQL knowledge.
• Data validation and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) experience.
• Power BI reporting and dashboard development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: Experience working in large-scale supply chain transformation and planning environments with SAP IBP, o9, and integrated enterprise systems.
