We are hiring an experienced Account Executive to drive new client acquisition and manage existing accounts in the US IT Staffing industry.

Position: Account Executive

Location: Naperville, IL and Bay Area, CA

Project: Full-Time Opportunity

Must have: US IT Staffing experience.

Description:

• The ideal candidate should have experience in business development, client relationship management, and generating IT staffing requirements.
• Identify and develop new client accounts through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
• A background in SAP staffing or consulting will be preferred.
• Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure the timely submission of candidates.
• You will work closely with recruiters to ensure the timely delivery of qualified candidates and achieve sales and revenue targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and account management skills are required.
