Role Overview

We are looking for a Solutions Architect – MDM & Integration with strong hands-on experience in Reltio MDM, Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), enterprise integration, data quality, databases, and AWS cloud services. The candidate will design and implement scalable MDM and integration solutions, provide technical leadership, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and produce high-quality technical and architecture documentation. The role requires a hands-on architect who can work across solution design, Reltio configuration, RIH development, integration architecture, technical documentation, and production troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience

• Led end-to-end Reltio MDM implementations and enterprise master data transformation initiatives.

• Architected scalable MDM and integration solutions leveraging Reltio, REST APIs, and AWS services.

• Designed and implemented Reltio Integration Hub integrations across ERP, CRM, analytics, and cloud platforms.

• Established data quality and governance frameworks to improve data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

• Developed cloud-native solutions using AWS Lambda, S3, and Athena to support data integration and analytics.

• Authored architecture roadmaps, technical specifications, and solution diagrams to support enterprise-scale implementations.

Reltio MDM & Integration Hub

•                 Design and implement enterprise Reltio MDM solutions across domains such as Customer, Product, Supplier, etc.

•                 Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience with Reltio MDM and Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) is mandatory.

•                 Design and build complex RIH recipes for enterprise integration requirements.

•                 Develop both real-time/event-driven and batch integrations using RIH.

•                 Integrate Reltio with upstream/downstream systems using REST APIs, files, databases, cloud services, and enterprise applications.

•                 Implement complex transformations, mappings, lookups, conditional logic, error handling, retries, and exception processing within RIH recipes.

•                 Design integrations supporting initial loads as well as incremental/delta processing.

•                 Debug and troubleshoot existing RIH recipes by analysing execution logs, payloads, mappings, transformations, connector behaviour, and API responses.

•                 Independently identify root causes and fix issues in existing recipes, including production integration failures.

•                 Optimise RIH recipes for performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

•                 Implement appropriate logging, monitoring, reconciliation, and failed-record reprocessing mechanisms.

MDM & Data Quality

•                 Design data models, relationships, hierarchies, crosswalks, match/merge and survivorship strategies.

•                 Define data quality, validation, standardisation, cleansing, matching, deduplication, and enrichment approaches.

•                 Work with business and data governance teams to translate data quality requirements into technical solutions.

•                 Analyse data quality issues and recommend appropriate remediation strategies.

Integration & Solution Architecture

•                 Design end-to-end MDM and enterprise integration architectures.

•                 Define integration patterns using REST APIs, batch processing, event-driven architecture, ETL/ELT, and file-based integrations.

•                 Define data flows, payload structures, interface specifications, error handling, and reconciliation mechanisms.

•                 Provide technical guidance to development teams and conduct design/technical reviews.

•                 Identify technical risks, dependencies, scalability concerns, and integration challenges.
