ServiceNow Project Manager (PMP)

Education: Bachelor''''s degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Certifications :

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

• ServiceNow certification(s)

• Agile and/or Scrum certification preferred.

Required Experience:

1.      10+years of enterprise information technology project management experience.

2.      6+ years of experience managing ServiceNow implementation or platform expansion projects.

3.      Experience managing complex, multi-workstream technology projects.

4.      Experience coordinating cross-functional technical and business teams.

5.      Experience managing project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, scope, communications, and executive reporting.

7.      Experience coordinating third-party vendors and implementation partners.

8.      Experience using Agile, Hybrid, or iterative project delivery methodologies.

Preferred Experience:

1.      Experience implementing multiple ServiceNow products or modules.

2.      Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

3.      Experience developing executive dashboards, governance processes, and project reporting.

4.      Experience leading organizational change management and user adoption activities.

5.      Experience working within a public sector or government environment.
