Job description

Required Skills & Experience:

* 20+ years of SAP HCM/Payroll experience, with Solution Architect expertise and strong hands-on technical capabilities
* SAP HCM experience in an S/4HANA environment
* Utilities industry experience
* SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience along with active certifications
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience navigating an implementation project (IP)

Travel: Weekly travel to California is expected initially, with the possibility of reduced travel over time. Travel expenses will be covered.
