We''re seeking a PM coordinator/BA to support senior leadership within a large banking environment. This is a highly visible role where you''ll act as an extension of leadership, helping drive initiatives, manage priorities, and ensure critical projects stay on track.

NEED TO BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE EFFECTIEVLY WITH SR LEADERSHIP!!!

Client: Network to Code

Location: Plano, TX (hybrid onsite 3 days/week.

Rate: hr W2 (based on experience level...possibly higher for the right fit) . Must work on W2.

Contract Length: starting at 6 months with extensions.

What You''ll Do:

Coordinate projects and day-to-day priorities for senior leaders
Create status reports and track project progress
Analyze and manipulate CSV data using Excel
Manage Jira tickets and Agile project documentation
Drive follow-ups, remove blockers, and keep teams aligned

What We''re Looking For:

3-7 years of Business Analyst and/or Project Coordination experience
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, reporting, data analysis)
Experience with Jira and Agile environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Executive presence with the ability to work directly with senior leadership
Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision

Nice to Have:

Data reporting and analytics experience
Exposure to networking or infrastructure environments
Project management experience
