Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and delivering solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Conduct requirement elicitation sessions, workshops, and interviews.
  • Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams throughout the SDLC.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, and defect resolution.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet business objectives and requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–8+ years of Business Analyst experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, CSPO, SAFe)
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of healthcare, banking, insurance, retail, or pharmaceutical domains
  • Experience with UAT coordination and testing
