Sales Engineer, Senior

Sales Engineer in Atlanta, GA. In this high-impact, rewarding role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, delivering compelling technical demonstrations, and building lasting strategic partnerships with key clients. Sales Engineer job you’ll be responsible for:
Assisting management with developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Collaborating with cross-functional design, engineering, and production teams to tailor solutions that meet specific customer requirements.

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and targeted market research. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, addressing concerns, and negotiating order bookings. Preparing detailed proposals, managing quotations, directing sales forecasting, and reviewing market analyses. Representing the company at industry events and trade association meetings, as well as providing mentorship to junior sales staff. Proven experience in technical sales, engineering solutions, or strategic business development.

Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Experience collaborating with internal engineering, design, and manufacturing/operations teams. Proficiency in analyzing market trends, sales statistics, and competitor activity to optimize sales strategy. Base + Commission + Bonus = $140K-$160K OTE
