Position: Pega Architect /Consultant

Location: Jersey City, NJ / Wilmington, DE / Dallas, TX/ Tampa, Jacksonville, FL

·         Experience in Pega PRPC Production Support.

·         Pega Certified Senior System Architect is the MUST. (PCSSA)

·         Proficiency in RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, DB2, MSSQL) and Linux/Windows administration

·         Configure, and maintain Pega nodes, clusters, and application lifecycles (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD).

·         Package application rules (RAP/Product Rules) and manage deployments using pipelines like Pega Deployment Manager or Jenkins.

·         Monitor system health using tools like Pega Diagnostic Cloud (PDC), Splunk, and Grafana; optimize JVM heap, thread pools, and queue processors.

·         Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for App issues and indexing problems, and database bottlenecks.
