Sr. Project Manager

Robert Half is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a large, complex enterprise initiative focused on creating a single, unified view of the customer across an organization within the travel and insurance industry.
Location: Hybrid | Bellevue, WA
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Pay rate: $65-$75/hourly (W2)
The project is in its early stages, and this individual will be responsible for bringing structure to the initiative, developing the project roadmap, coordinating resources and stakeholders, and driving the project forward from planning through execution.
Responsibilities

• Lead a large, complex enterprise technology initiative from planning through implementation.
• Develop and manage the overall project plan, roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Partner closely with executive sponsors and members of the C-Suite to translate strategic goals into an actionable delivery plan.
• Coordinate work across business teams, technology teams, Salesforce, external vendors, and implementation partners.
• Help determine what resources are needed, when they are needed, and how different workstreams should be sequenced.
• Support the selection and onboarding of a systems integration (SI) partner, including coordination around the RFP process.
• Establish project governance, communication rhythms, status reporting, and escalation processes.
• Manage vendor relationships, commitments, timelines, and dependencies.
• Identify and proactively address project risks, issues, resource constraints, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Work within a structured PMO environment while providing hands-on ownership of day-to-day project delivery.
• Serve as the key connection point between executive leadership and the teams responsible for executing the work.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and ensure decisions, action items, and deliverables continue moving forward.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex enterprise technology projects or programs from start to finish.
• Strong experience working with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, vendors, and external implementation partners.
• Experience leading projects involving CRM platforms, customer data, data integration, data migration, or multiple interconnected systems.
• Experience building project structure and delivery plans for initiatives that are still in the early planning or discovery stages.
• Strong project planning, governance, risk management, vendor management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within a structured PMO environment.
• Ability to independently assess a project, identify next steps, determine resource needs, and drive execution.
• Strong executive communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar enterprise CRM platforms is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce Data 360 is a plus but is not required.
