Role Overview

The IT Technician will play a key role in supporting the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring systems, hardware, and software operate efficiently across production, warehouse, and office environments. Key duties (Training to be provided)

• Provide first-line technical support to users across the business.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and cloud-based services.
• Monitor IT systems and report potential issues to senior IT staff.
• Assist with software deployments, updates, and patch management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, support tickets, and system procedures.
• Support cyber security initiatives and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
• Provide support for manufacturing and operational technology systems where required.
