Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Systems Architect & Programmer Analyst to lead and deliver on hybrid deployments, development, and ongoing application support. The ideal candidate will combine architecture expertise with hands-on development for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure, while coordinating infrastructure and IT service operations. This is a blended role requiring strong technical leadership, practical coding abilities, and a focus on customer-facing services.
Key Responsibilities (highlights)
- Design and implement Dynamics 365 solutions integrated with Azure and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Portal, Power Pages)
- Provide complex application support, incident resolution, and proactive problem management
- Collaborate across infrastructure, network, and application teams to ensure robust architecture and performance
- Serve as a technical customer service analyst, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Maintain documentation, adhere to ITIL practices, and pursue ongoing Microsoft certifications
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years in MS Dynamics, MS Azure, and Application Support
- 5+ years hands-on with Power Apps, Power Portal, and Power Pages
- 5+ years in Infrastructure, Network, and Application Support
- 5+ years as a Technical Customer Service Analyst
- Microsoft Certifications: Power Platform Developer Associate, Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate, Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), ITIL Foundation
