Job Description:

Apex Systems is looking for an experienced Application Developer to support the enhancement, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise workflow and business process applications. This role will focus on developing and configuring business applications, supporting process automation initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience developing and supporting enterprise business applications on workflow or business process management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of application configuration, workflow design, and business rule implementation.
  • Experience developing user interfaces and maintaining application usability and accessibility standards.
  • Knowledge of data management concepts, application integrations, and service-based architectures.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and Agile delivery practices.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex application and performance issues.
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies, quality assurance practices, and release management processes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within cross-functional teams.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with enterprise workflow, business process management, or low-code platforms.
  • Exposure to large-scale content, template, or document management initiatives.
  • Knowledge of version control, branching strategies, and deployment processes.
  • Experience supporting enterprise software upgrades and modernization efforts.
  • Familiarity with automation tools or scripting to improve operational efficiency.
  • Experience working in highly regulated or complex enterprise environments.
