Job Summary

Aivanta Tech Inc is seeking experienced Software Engineers with 8+ years of hands-on experience in software design, development, testing, and implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in software engineering principles, application development, system architecture, and problem-solving.

The candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications.

  • Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into software solutions.

  • Develop efficient, reusable, and maintainable code using modern programming languages and frameworks.

  • Design and implement APIs, microservices, and application integrations.

  • Participate in software architecture and technical design discussions.

  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases to manage and optimize data.

  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to software engineering best practices.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects and performance issues.

  • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA engineers, and development teams.

  • Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.

  • Support software deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and production environments.

  • Maintain technical documentation and ensure application security and reliability.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering or application development.

  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.

  • Experience with software development frameworks and application architecture.

  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and system integrations.

  • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.

  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.

  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience.

  • Any visa status accepted.

  • Must be open to W2 marketing.

  • Must be willing to relocate anywhere in the United States.

  • Must be available for client interviews.
