Full Stack Java/J2EE Developer

Interviews will be 2 rounds – 1st round in person (Technical Round) and 1 Via teams( with the management if the technical round is clear).

All 5 days in person for the first month of engagement and then their respective managers can provide 2 days work from home as an option.

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across both front-end and back-end technologies and can collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and other engineers. We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java/J2EE Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java-based backend development along with modern front-end technologies and experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop responsive, user-friendly web applications.

· Build and maintain front-end interfaces using modern frameworks.

· Design, develop, and integrate back-end services and APIs.

· Design and manage databases, data models, and queries.

· Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.

· Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

· Implement security, authentication, and authorization best practices.

· Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

· Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver features.

· Deploy and maintain applications using cloud or hosting platforms.

· Contribute to technical documentation and development standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Experience: 10+ years of demonstrated Java/J2EE design and development

· Strong experience with Java and the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.

· Hands-on experience building RESTful web services and microservices using Spring Boot.

· Proficiency with Hibernate/JPA for object-relational mapping, database persistence, and query optimization.

· Experience developing server-side applications with Java, Maven or Gradle, and dependency management.

· Front end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React JS

· Back end: Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, JPA, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, REST APIs, microservices

· Build & tools: Maven, Gradle, Git, Docker, CI/CD, Azure DevOps

· Databases:DB2 / MSSQLSQL, PostgreSQL or similar

Preferred Skills

· Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

· Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

· Experience with microservices and distributed systems.

· Knowledge of DevOps, monitoring, and logging tools.

· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Contributions to open-source projects or a technical portfolio.
