Position: Inventory Control Associate

Location: Hoover / Bessemer, AL (Onsite)

Duration: Contract

This role supports the day-to- day inventory control activiti es of the Innovation Hub. The  Inventory Control Associate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that physical inventory matches the quantities and locations recorded in our systems.

This is a hands-on, operational role. The individual will spend significant time physically checking materials, counting inventory, verifying locations, investigating discrepancies, and updating inventory records.

The Inventory Control Associate will work closely with Material Handling, Production, Procurement, and Supply Chain. While the Material Handler will primarily be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, and moving materials, the Inventory Control Associate will focus on inventory accuracy, traceability, and control.

Responsibilities:

?   Perform cycle counts and p hysical inventory checks

?   Ensure physical inventory  matches the ERP/WMS system

?   Maintain accurate inventor y quantities and locations in  the system

?   Investigate and resolve in ventory discrepancies

?   Track inventory across mul tiple storage and production l ocations

?   Verify inventory movements  and transfers are properly re corded

?   Support physical inventory counts and reconcili ations
