The Role

• Support store management in daily operations and staff development.
• Drive store and personal sales goals by meeting and exceeding performance standards.
• Assist in training and coaching the sales team, reinforcing company policies.
• Oversee store operations, loss prevention, and opening/closing duties in management's absence.
• Provide exceptional customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.

What You'll Need

• Prior retail sales experience is preferred.
