Lead solution architecture and design for BY implementations and enhancements.

• Should have done BY ESP/OP implementations with hands-on experience.
• Validate the design done by the Implementation Partner. Is not expected to do any config work in BY.
• Good communication skills.
• Assertive personality.
• Should be able to present to client’s Executive team on what is seeing with the BY engagement – improvement areas, leading practices, risks, dependencies, etc.
• Plan the Testing (SIT/UAT) strategy, defect triage, and ensure solution quality through signoffs
• Review the quality of the Planning results.
• Define non-functional requirements: performance, scalability, security, monitoring, resilience.
