The Role • Provide excellent customer service, including operating the cash register and assisting shoppers. • Assist the Store Manager with daily operations, including employee supervision, training, and policy enforcement. • Manage merchandise, from receiving and stocking to display presentation according to company standards. • Ensure the financial integrity of the store through accurate cash handling and adherence to security procedures. • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment. • Perform opening and closing duties as directed. What You'll Need • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Problem-solving abilities and good organizational skills with attention to detail. • Proficiency in performing mathematical calculations and operating a cash register. • Knowledge of cash handling, facility, and safety control policies. • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift merchandise frequently; ability to lift up to 40 lbs. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior retail and supervisory experience is a plus.
