The Role

• Provide unparalleled customer service, including operating the cash register and assisting customers.
• Assist the Store Manager in supervising staff, employee training, and ensuring policy adherence.
• Manage merchandise flow, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining product presentation.
• Help maintain accurate inventory and control damages.
• Ensure the store's financial integrity through strict adherence to security and cash handling procedures.
• Support store management in the Store Manager's absence.

What You'll Need

• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in performing mathematical calculations and operating a cash register.
• Knowledge of cash handling, security, and safety control policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail and supervisory experience is advantageous.
