Job Description

Insight Global is actively hiring a mid level Cyber Mission Assurance Engineer to join our team supporting a large DoW Program at Fort Meade. The selected candidate will bring an active TS/SCI Clearance and 8+ years of experience supporting Cyber Security Program and Missions. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of cyber operations, mission assurance principles, and enterprise architecture, along with experience collaborating with senior stakeholders, combatant commands, and cyber mission partners.

This individual will develop metrics, improve processes, maintain governing documentation, assess policy compliance, and deliver executive-level briefings that directly support mission success in a high-impact national security environment. Minimum Job Requirements include: Active TSSCI Clearance
IATevel II Certification or higher
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 8 years combined education and experience in a Cyber Security Discipline or Domain; OR no degree and 12+ years of experience.

Experience with Mission decomposition - hierarchical mission breakdown, identify critical function or components, trace dependencies, articulating identification, mitigation and communication of Mission Assurance status and Risk to Mission Success, etc. Conduct pre-assessment work including data gathering, research, and coordination. Use of various automated tools, databases, and software programs (MADSS, SMADS, FADE and MARMS) to support assessment activities, prepare observations and recommendations for leadership and staff.

Ability to translate data into a cohesive narrative and strong visualization that supports actionable recommendations. Understanding of threats against DOD critical infrastructure.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience with eMASS
Power BI reporting and dashboard development
Experience creating KPIs and performance metrics
Experience developing SOPs, TTPs, DISA Instructions, and process documentation
Previous DISA or DoD cyber mission experience Insight Global is hiring multiple candidates for this position so pay will vary based on level of experience, expertise, and depth on knowledge, but we anticipate paying 140K to 155K for these positions. We will also be offering a competitive benefits package including health, vision, dental, and 401K benefits.
