Tasks and Responsibilities

• determining software andhardware requirements to provide solutions to problems
• responding to inquiries aboutsoftware and hardware problems
• adapting existing programs tomeet users' requirements
• installing and downloadingappropriate software
• ensuring efficient use ofapplications and equipment
• designing and maintainingwebsites
• repairing and replacingperipheral equipment such as terminals, printers and modems
• may work in a call centre

Requirements

• AQF Associate Degree, AdvancedDiploma or Diploma
• At least three years ofrelevant experienceand/or relevant vendor certification
• Experience in telephone-basedIT Support/operations
• Relevant Industrycertifications would be highly regarded
• Ability to resolve issues asthey arise and provide effective solutions
• Employer Sponsored Visa.
• Permanent Residency (PR)pathway after 3 years of employment.
