Role : Java Backend Developer
Location – Charlotte NC (Onsite)

Note: Candidate should go onsite for Face to Face interview for Final Round at Charlotte, NC
Job description
Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java application development, including object-oriented design, multithreading, and performance optimization.
5+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch.
4+ years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM) development, workflow orchestration, and process automation.
3+ years of experience building event-driven and asynchronous systems using Kafka, Pub/Sub platforms, and messaging patterns.
3+ years of experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases, including Oracle DB and MongoDB.
Strong experience designing and developing Microservices and RESTful APIs.
Experience implementing secure, scalable, and highly available backend solutions in cloud-native environments.
Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Agile development practices.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities within cross-functional teams.
