Job Description:

The OAG Information Technology Services Division (ITS) is seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for managing the procurement, configuration, scheduling, deployment and close-out of new devices for Admin and Legal staff statewide. A successful candidate will have the ability to organize a diverse team of technical and soft skilled talent, conduct meetings with stakeholders, establish effective communications, maintain a high degree of project transparency, and accurately report program status throughout its life cycle.

	8	Required	8+ years of progressive IT project management experience. Demonstrated leadership of hardware deployment or enterprise refresh programs.
	6	Preferred	Expertise in SDLC, PMBOK, Agile delivery coordination, change management, and enterprise IT operations.
	6	Preferred	Proven ability to communicate clearly with executives, technical teams, and end users. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills. Ability to manage multiple vendors and cross functional teams.
	6	Preferred	Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and standard OAG workflow tools.
	6	Preferred	Preferred Qualifications : PMP, CSM, or ITIL certifications. Experience with Texas state agencies. Prior experience supporting statewide IT. Experience organizing logistics for deployments exceeding 800+ devices.
