Role: Regional Test Manager

Required Experience:

• Lead discovery workshops with business, IT, and delivery stakeholders.
• Assess current testing processes, organization structure, tools, service catalog, workloads, SLAs, and governance.
• Define the future-state testing operating model, organization, and roadmap.
• Identify capability gaps across Functional, Automation, Performance, and Test Data Management disciplines.
• Develop and execute discovery, KT, transition, and go-live plans.
• Drive shadow, reverse-shadow, and ownership transfer activities.
• Facilitate daily test standups, cross team syncs, and defect triage meetings.
• Track progress, risks, issues, and escalation items across all testing groups.
• Maintain full traceability from requirements through test scenarios, defects, and release readiness.
• Prepare and share status reports, dashboards, and executive level decks highlighting progress, risks, and quality metrics.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Release Management, and Business teams for smooth test execution and signoff.
• Defect and issue management

• Ability to manage detailed testing activities while maintaining visibility into the broader program.
• Experience working across multiple project workstreams and identifying cross-team dependencies.
• Strong organizational, task-management, and project-management capabilities.
• Ability to quickly understand a complex program and work effectively with established project teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Calm, collaborative, solutions-oriented approach in a complex transformation environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence or comparable Agile/project management tools.
• Proven experience in discovery, due diligence, transition, and managed services engagements.
• Experience building or managing a Testing Center of Excellence.
• Strong workforce planning, hiring, and vendor management experience.
• Experience working with distributed onshore/offshore delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
