The Role

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Supervise daily store operations and loss prevention in management's absence.
• Deliver a fun, full-service customer experience and resolve customer issues.

What You'll Need

• Prior retail sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• A strong desire to succeed in retail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work nights and weekends, and stand for long periods.
• Physical ability to climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
