Remote Account Manager / Appointment Setter

Make 200-250 outbound calls daily to insurance customers to schedule appointments for agents. Manage relationships with a portfolio of agents, helping them arrange customer reviews and maintain strong client relationships. This is a full-time remote role requiring a quiet workspace and reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Make 200-250 outbound calls to insurance customers each day.
• Schedule appointments for insurance agents to meet with their customers.
• Use provided scripts to guide calls and explain appointment purpose.
• Manage a monthly portfolio of insurance agents.
• Build working relationships with agents, their teams, and their businesses.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling to help agents review customers' insurance needs.
