Take ownership of the HR function within a hands-on manufacturing organization. The HR department needs more than someone to maintain processes, it needs a leader who can take ownership of the function and make it work for the people and the business. As the organization's sole HR leader, you will have meaningful influence across the entire employee lifecycle, from bringing the right people in and helping managers lead effectively to navigating employee relations, performance, compliance, payroll, benefits, and the day-to-day issues that come with a growing operation.

You read people well, can build credibility with both an operator and an executive, and know that effective HR often comes down to helping a manager have a better conversation. You like developing supervisors and helping people recognize where someone can contribute, grow, or improve. Policies need to make sense. Most importantly, you want to own HR. Leadership structure:
Sole HR leader with direct visibility to and partnership with executive leadership. A mix of production, operations, and professional employees requires an HR leader who can move comfortably between different audiences.

Strengthen manager capability, employee experience, HR infrastructure, compliance, and accountability while maintaining a practical, people-centered approach. Leaders are expected to help others succeed while remaining close enough to the work to understand what is really happening.
