To deliver engaging workshops / masterclasses to cohorts of learners working towards Business Analyst Apprenticeships (Level 4) via a blended learning approach (face-to-face and remote).<br />Record professional discussions on specific units / topics based on knowledge, independent research and reflective accounts.<br />Conduct assessments of learner knowledge, skills and behaviours against the Apprenticeship Standard.<br />Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.<br />Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.<br />Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.<br />Work to learner review and completion timescales.Essential Criteria; Experience of coaching and delivering Apprenticeships Standards in Business Analyst Level 4.<br />Must hold solid, occupational experience as a Business Analyst.<br />Ideally hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) and/or Level 3 Teaching qualification (PTLLS/AET or above).<br />Hold own Maths and English GCSEs or Level 2 equivalents, and IT Functional Skills at Level 2 (minimum) or equivalent digital literacy.<br />Experience of supporting learners both face-to-face and remote.<br />Must be flexible with travel when required.
