We currently have permanent opportunities for an Classroom Trainer to join our Training team in Willand, Devon.

• The shift pattern is: Monday - Friday 
• The shift time is 8:00am-17:00pm
• The rate of pay is £14.31 per hour 

Your Main responsibilities as a Classroom Trainer are the following:

• Deliver soft landing inductions in food safety, health and safety to all new starters
• Deliver 3 yearly refreshers 
• Train out yearly refreshers
• Deliver yearly toolbox talks

As a Classroom Trainer, you will have a passion for delivering high standards within your job role. You will be prepared to learn and work well in a busy, fast paced environment. You'll need:

• Excellent attention to detail 
• Good level of English both Reading and writing
• Adaptable to change 
• Effective communication
• Positive "can do" attitude
• Continuous improvement mentality
• GCSE grade C or above

Desirable qualifications: 

• Train the trainer 
• Level 3 food safety
