Job Description

We're Hiring: Senior IAM Engineer

Location: Hybrid Wilmington, DE or Manassas, VA
Job Type: Contract
Experience: 15+ Years

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IAM Engineer to design, build, and secure workforce and customer identity solutions.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

  • OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC)

  • FIDO2, WebAuthn, Passkeys, and phishing-resistant MFA

  • Workforce IAM, CIAM, SSO, RBAC, and Conditional Access

  • Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, or Auth0

  • SAML 2.0, federation, and secure token validation

  • Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or C# scripting

  • Identity governance, privileged access management, and SCIM provisioning

  • Security compliance, identity incident response, and access reviews

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in IAM, security engineering, or a related field

  • At least 3 years of hands-on IAM experience

  • Strong protocol-level expertise in OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect

  • Experience with workforce identity and customer identity solutions

  • Hands-on experience implementing phishing-resistant authentication
