Position Overview
BrightStar Care of Arlington is seeking a motivated and experienced
Registered Nurse (RN) Care Manager & Marketing/Sales Manager who can combine strong clinical leadership with relationship building, marketing, and business development.
This is a unique hybrid role for an RN who enjoys providing excellent clinical oversight while also building relationships in the community and helping grow the agency.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with clients and families, physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, case managers, social workers, insurance partners, and other healthcare referral sources.

Key Responsibilities
RN Care Management / Clinical
Perform initial assessments, Start of Care (SOC), reassessments, supervisory visits, and other skilled nursing visits as needed. Develop, review, and update individualized plans of care. Coordinate client care with physicians, families, caregivers, case managers, and other healthcare professionals. Provide clinical oversight and ensure quality and continuity of care. Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

Assist with skilled nursing cases including wound care, PICC/central-line care, infusion-related services, medication management, and other clinical needs within the RN's scope and competency. Support caregivers and nursing staff with clinical questions, education, and client-care concerns. Assist with maintaining compliance with BrightStar Care standards and applicable state and federal requirements.

Marketing, Sales & Business Development
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities, physician offices, case managers, social workers, senior communities, VA/community partners, and other referral sources. Conduct regular in-person marketing and relationship-building visits within the agency's assigned territory. Identify new referral opportunities and develop strategies to convert referrals into clients. Follow up consistently with referral sources, prospects, clients, and families.

Represent BrightStar Care of Arlington at networking events, healthcare meetings, community events, and other business-development opportunities. Educate referral partners about BrightStar Care's skilled nursing, personal care, and other available services. Maintain accurate referral-source, lead, follow-up, and sales activity information in the company's CRM. Collaborate with ownership and operations to develop and execute growth strategies. Work toward measurable goals for new referrals, admissions, revenue, and referral-source development.

Qualifications
Current and unrestricted
Texas RN license required. Clinical nursing experience required; home health/home care experience strongly preferred. Experience with care management, assessments, and coordination of care preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable with marketing, networking, sales, and business development
. Ability to confidently meet with healthcare professionals and represent the agency in the community. Organized, dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage both clinical and business-development responsibilities.

Strong documentation and computer skills. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory. What We Are Looking For
