Job Summary
CLA Indus Value Consulting is seeking an experienced Director , Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting to lead solution design, client engagement, and proposal development for Digital Transformation, Agentic AI, Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, Data & Analytics initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong consulting mindset and experience in shaping business solutions that address complex client challenges across industries. This role will work closely with business leaders, sales teams, solution architects, and delivery teams to develop compelling transformation roadmaps, business cases, and technology-led solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales engagements and solution consulting initiatives for Agentic AI, Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, and Process Transformation opportunities.
- Engage with CXOs and business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, business challenges, and transformation objectives.
- Design customized business and technology solutions aligned with client goals and industry best practices.
- Develop compelling proposals, solution presentations, business cases, and value propositions.
- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive assessments to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Perform effort estimation, budget analysis, ROI assessments, and cost optimization to ensure commercially viable solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, technology, and alliance teams to develop end-to-end transformation offerings.
- Lead discovery workshops, assessments, and client presentations to articulate solution value and business impact.
- Support RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses, including solution architecture, pricing strategy, and proposal management.
- Ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to delivery by aligning proposed solutions with execution capabilities.
- Contribute to developing reusable solution accelerators, frameworks, and industry-specific offerings.
- Represent CLA Indus Value Consulting at client meetings, industry forums, and executive discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12-15+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, or related leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in solution design, business case development, proposal management and team management.
- Experience in AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Intelligent Automation, Process Mining, Analytics, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of enterprise business processes across functions such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, Customer Operations, and Shared Services.
- Proven experience engaging with senior business stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
- Ability to translate business challenges into scalable technology-enabled solutions.
- Experience in commercial modeling, effort estimation, budgeting, and ROI analysis.
- Excellent presentation, communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams across sales, consulting, and delivery.
- Strong client conversion experience.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, AWS AI, or Google AI.
- Experience in Agentic AI and Generative AI use-case identification, roadmap creation, and value realization.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture and technology modernization initiatives.
- Experience in consulting-led sales and large transformation programs.
- MBA or relevant business/technology certifications preferred.
