We are seeking a dedicated Roadside Technician to join a leading automotive assistance provider with over 125 years of heritage and a reputation for innovation. This role is crucial in keeping the UK moving by providing expert breakdown support and mechanical repairs to members on the road.

The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members during roadside incidents.
• Start and end your working day from your own driveway, averaging 40 hours per week.
• Handle a variety of automotive issues, from battery and tyre problems to complex fault diagnosis.
• Operate as a proud ambassador, combining technical expertise with outstanding member service.
• Receive your own a leading employer in this sector van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools, and diagnostic kit.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) and at least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach to member interactions.
• A full UK driving licence.
• The ability to think on your feet and make independent decisions.
• A calm and confident demeanor, especially under pressure.
• Adaptability to handle a variety of tasks and challenges daily.

• A strong base pay of £41,600 (inclusive of LWA) with a realistic OTE of £66,000, plus bonuses and overtime.
