We offer multi-year discounts for Haystack Pro customers. For customers using pay per hire, we offer reduced rates if you use Haystack exclusively to fill your role.

For companies using our pay per hire plan, you only pay when you successfully hire a candidate through Haystack. For companies using Haystack pro, a specific number of guaranteed hires will be priced into your subscription - if you don't make the contracted number of hires, we'll either extend your subscription free of charge or offer you a refund.

Invoicing is available for companies on both pay per hire and Haystack pro.

Companies on Haystack Pro are assigned a Customer Success Manager. Their role is to ensure that the candidates you're sourcing are highly relevant and responsive and they're also on hand to help you manage the hiring process and provide market insights. Their role is to help you get the most out of Haystack and are on hand to offer guidance, support and strategic advice.

For companies using pay per hire, you'll be assigned an Account Manager who'll do the heavy lifting and help you hire through the Haystack platform. They're available throughout the week to help you qualify candidates, schedule interviews, negotiate offers and integrate your new hire into your business.
