The Role • Operating industrial machinery after comprehensive training. • Loading and unloading parts from processing machines. • Performing quality checks on manufactured products. • Monitoring for malfunctions and conducting basic maintenance and care tasks. • Contributing to continuous improvement processes within production. What You'll Need • Technical understanding and the ability to learn quickly. • Communicative skills in German (written and spoken). • Willingness to be trained on production machinery. • Availability for shift work (currently 2 shifts, with readiness for 3 shifts). • A motivated team player attitude.
