We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an HR Intern. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain practical experience and develop their skills in the field of Human Resources. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team and contribute to various HR initiatives and projects. This is a great opportunity to learn about all aspects of HR in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This can be either a full-time or part-time position. This position is fully onsite.

Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team. Knowledge of HR best practices and principles. Proactive and eager to learn. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities
Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. Provide administrative support for HR programs and processes, such as employee onboarding, training, and performance management. Assist with the maintenance and updating of employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.

Help maintain and update HR databases and systems. Provide assistance with HR-related documentation and correspondence. Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. Skills
