Plant Maintenance Technician

As our Maintenance Technician, you will provide overall maintenance support for our Plant Operations, Facility and Industrial equipment.
Position Related Responsibilities and Key Job Duties

• Perform skilled maintenance and repair of Industrial Production and Facility equipment including fillers, Conveyors, Box-Formers, Boilers, Chillers, HVAC, Wastewater, And Treated Water Systems.
• Complete building maintenance tasks and troubleshoot equipment safely and efficiently to support plant and departmental goals while meeting Quality, Service, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and cost objectives.
• Satisfactorily complete lift training courses and safely operate a forklift and highreach.
• Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track all work.
• Properly trouble-shoot and maintains production lines and/or batching/processing equipment.

Education and Additional Qualification

• High school Diploma or GED equivalent;Associates or technical degree ispreferred.
• Must be able to achieve a passing score at the Tech 1 level of the Maintenance Technician evaluation
• Minimum 3years' experiencein manufacturing maintenancewith prior diagnostic, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance experience are needed
• Working knowledge of Programmable Logic Control (PLC), mechanical, electrical, lubrication, fabrication, pneumatic and hydraulics arerequired.

• Prior welding experience ispreferred.
