The Role

• Perform vehicle glass replacement and repair, including the calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Take on the role of Operational Manager (HWK-certified), overseeing technical aspects, ensuring adherence to company standards, and managing daily operations.
• Advise and support customers from order intake to vehicle return, ensuring a high level of service.
• Manage invoicing, customer payments, and the scheduling and creation of incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with audit standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as a master mechanic, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to complete the required proficiency test or current HWK-certified Operational Manager qualification.
• A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency.
• Strong customer focus, service orientation, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and foster trusting collaborations.
