The Role

• Oversee and optimize work processes while adhering to high-quality standards.
• Ensure nursing quality from professional, legal, and economic perspectives.
• Empathize and interact with residents in a professional and dignified manner.
• Lead with confidence and a composed demeanor.
• Actively participate in direct care, working in a structured and goal-oriented way.
• Proactively acquire potential residents and maintain relationships with their families, caregivers, and partner institutions.

What You'll Need

• A qualification as a Registered Nurse, Geriatric Nurse, or equivalent healthcare professional.
• Completion of advanced training for responsible nursing staff (PDL) with at least 460 hours, or a degree in Nursing Management.
• Strong empathy and a respectful approach towards residents, families, and colleagues.
• Excellent written and spoken German language skills.
• Preferably, two years of leadership experience in a care setting.
