Pay Range: $75.00hr - $78.00hr

Job Overview:

The organization is seeking an experienced Informatica ETL Lead with 10+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale data integration and ETL solutions. The successful candidate should possess strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter, data warehousing, SQL, and ETL architecture, along with the ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and support of ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ETL and data integration solutions.
Design and implement complex mappings, workflows, sessions, and reusable components.
Lead ETL development teams and perform code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
Optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to define data integration strategies.
Troubleshoot and resolve ETL production issues while ensuring minimal business impact.
Support data migration, data quality, data governance, and modernization initiatives.
Collaborate with offshore/onshore teams and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare technical design documents, deployment plans, and operational runbooks.
