Job Description

Projektmanager (m/w/d) Fokus Materialflussplanung | Garching bei München, Germany | Hybrid

We're hiring on behalf of an internationally leading technology group with a focus on drive systems and innovative solutions for industrial applications. This global provider is a significant partner to numerous industries, known for its high quality, sustainable technologies, and a respectful work environment.

The Role

  • Develop and manage material flows from suppliers to the production or assembly line, as well as for finished products to delivery.
  • Take project responsibility for pure logistics projects and logistical sub-projects within interdisciplinary projects (e.g., product launches, assembly line planning).
  • Act as an interface coordinator between strategic planning or project organization and operational execution, as well as with central departments and internal logistics areas.
  • Plan and design logistical processes and workflows.
  • Conduct economic feasibility studies for planning processes and aid in "Make or Buy" decisions or service provider selection.
  • Plan packaging and packaging loops, including system design, pooling, and quantity calculation.

What You'll Need

  • Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Technical Business Administration, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of professional experience (minimum 5 years) in the described role.
  • Practical experience in a production environment, particularly with automotive, Lean methods (improvement management, value stream design), and defect prevention (e.g., 8D process).
  • Experience with packaging management.
  • Very good German and good English language skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, coupled with independent work habits, high commitment, reliability, and assertiveness.
