Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to define cloud strategy, drive migration initiatives, and establish architectural best practices while ensuring governance, security, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end Azure cloud architectures for enterprise applications and infrastructure.

Gather and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders.

Develop cloud migration and modernization strategies for on-premises workloads.

Architect solutions using Azure services such as:

Azure Virtual Machines

Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

Azure App Services

Azure Storage

Azure Virtual Network

Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)

Azure SQL Database

Azure Monitor and Security Center.

Ensure security, compliance, governance, and disaster recovery requirements are met.

Lead architecture reviews, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical solution discussions.

Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, security teams, and infrastructure teams.

Optimize cloud performance, availability, and costs.

Create architecture documentation, diagrams, and technical roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT Infrastructure, Cloud, or Solution Architecture experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Azure Architecture experience.
• Experience with enterprise cloud transformation programs.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
• Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500)
• TOGAF (Preferred)
