The Role

• Source, develop leads, and network to build a strong client base.
• Drive sales performance to meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure member retention.

What You'll Need

• Sales experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary insurance licenses (Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life).
• Proficiency with computer systems and strong organizational skills.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to undergo background, credit check, and drug screening.
