IT Support Engineer - Audio & Visual Specialist

IT Support Role - Audio & Visual Specialist My corporate client is looking for a credible IT Desktop Support contractor to provide 1st/2nd Line IT desktop support role for both Windows and Mac software & hardware.

You will be amid level IT support professional ideally with 2-5 years of relevant, recent support experience The role also includes an element of Audio/Visual support so you must also have experience of setting up screens, projectors, speakers, conference rooms etc (Ideally with Jabra/Logitech hardware) The role is based in Hammersmith and requires you to be on site 5 days a week working hours 9am - 6pm.

So the right candidate will ideally be located within a 45min commute of Hammersmith Your main duties will be to ensure the smooth operations of our delivery centre and to assist corporate end-users in corporate offices and remote locations with technical support of approved desktop/laptop computers, applications, and related technologies.

Support includes specifications, installation, and testing of computer systems and peripherals within established guidelines..

Essential Skills Minimum 2 years desktop support experience<br />Specific Audio/Visual set up and support experience<br />Used to working in a corporate environment<br />A strong communicator with great personable skills used to dealing with 3rd party vendors<br />Can handle a large quantity of tickets in an organised and efficient manner Educated to degree level<br />Demonstrated proficiency installing and supporting Windows 10/11.<br />Experience installing and supporting Mac OS.<br />Demonstrate an understanding of basic Networking concepts includingTCP/IP.<br />Knowledge of Jabra/Logitech hardware/applications is preferred<br />Familiarity with common workplace productivity computing applications, e.g.

Microsoft product suite, email clients, calendaring, Internet usage, Antivirus, inventory management and backup procedures<br />Experience installing software, patches, updates on Desktops, Laptops, and Peripheral equipment<br />Experience of configuring and troubleshooting Apple and Samsung mobile devices<br />Experience of administering IT management tools such as MDM, Active Directory, Remote Support (i.e.
