Job:RHT Provider EHR Support Specialist

Location: raleigh, NC ( Remote)

Required Skills:

• Experience with Electronic Health Record platforms such as Epic, Cerner/Oracle Health, Allscripts/Veradigm, or NextGen
• Proficiency with healthcare interoperability standards including HL7 v2, C-CDA, CCD, FHIR, and USCDI.
• Experience validating structured clinical data and troubleshooting EHR integration issues.Ability to interpret clinical workflows and map them to data exchange requirements
• Knowledge of HIPAA and health information privacy/security requirements.

Desired:

• Experience supporting HIE onboarding, healthcare interoperability projects, or multi-vendor EHR environments.
• Experience with SQL, interface engines, or data mapping tools.
• Familiarity with state or federal digital health programs such as NC HIEA initiatives, Medicaid QPHE, or NCQA DAV

Experience working with rural or underserved provider settings
