The Role • Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers. • Utilize innovative software for precise measurements and assessments of home exteriors. • Perform light inspections (e.g., ladder or attic access) to assess property conditions prior to appointments. • Negotiate and close sales agreements, addressing homeowner needs and offering tailored solutions. • Focus on closing deals presented through pre-set, pre-qualified, one-call-close appointments, leveraging a proven sales process. • Strategize and prepare daily with team meetings to optimize sales approach.
