The Role

• Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
• Utilize innovative software for precise measurements and assessments of home exteriors.
• Perform light inspections (e.g., ladder or attic access) to assess property conditions prior to appointments.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements, addressing homeowner needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Focus on closing deals presented through pre-set, pre-qualified, one-call-close appointments, leveraging a proven sales process.
• Strategize and prepare daily with team meetings to optimize sales approach.

What You'll Need

• A valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation for client appointments.
• Availability to work midday, evening, and weekend schedules.
• Willingness to travel to and from in-home client appointments.
• Enthusiastic attitude and strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn a new product and sales technique.
• Ability to conduct simple property assessments and communicate findings effectively.
