What You’ll Be Doing

  • Meet with clients virtually for scheduled therapy appointments

  • Help clients identify realistic goals and determine appropriate next steps in therapy
  • Use clinical approaches that match each client’s needs, circumstances, and response to care
  • Observe changes in symptoms and functioning throughout the therapeutic process
  • Make informed adjustments when treatment needs evolve
  • Complete session records and required clinical documentation within established timeframes
  • Address safety concerns appropriately and determine when additional support or escalation may be necessary
  • Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards in every client interaction
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related clinical field
  • Current Connecticut LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license
  • Clinical experience working directly with individuals in a mental health setting
  • Strong ability to build rapport and communicate effectively through virtual care
  • Confidence making independent clinical decisions and managing an ongoing caseload
  • Clear, organized, and dependable documentation practices
  • Understanding of privacy, ethics, and professional responsibilities in telehealth
  • 2 weeks paid time off
  • Health Insurance
  • 401K Plan with 3% Company Match
  • Full benefits package
  • Remote work structure
  • Annual salary of $115,000–$120,000

If this sounds like the right fit for your clinical background, we welcome your resume and interest in this opportunity.
