Work Arrangement: Remote / Telehealth
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Role Overview
This is a full-time telehealth opportunity for licensed clinicians who want to focus on thoughtful, consistent client care from a remote setting. As an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC, you’ll work with adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, stress, and life transitions.
Each day will involve a mix of therapy sessions, clinical decision-making, treatment follow-up, and documentation. You’ll have the autonomy to guide your caseload while working within a structured schedule and established standards of care.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Meet with clients virtually for scheduled therapy appointments
- Explore presenting concerns, personal history, current stressors, and areas affecting daily functioning
- Help clients identify realistic goals and determine appropriate next steps in therapy
- Use clinical approaches that match each client’s needs, circumstances, and response to care
- Observe changes in symptoms and functioning throughout the therapeutic process
- Make informed adjustments when treatment needs evolve
- Complete session records and required clinical documentation within established timeframes
- Address safety concerns appropriately and determine when additional support or escalation may be necessary
- Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards in every client interaction
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related clinical field
- Current Connecticut LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license
- Clinical experience working directly with individuals in a mental health setting
- Strong ability to build rapport and communicate effectively through virtual care
- Confidence making independent clinical decisions and managing an ongoing caseload
- Clear, organized, and dependable documentation practices
- Understanding of privacy, ethics, and professional responsibilities in telehealth
