Description
This entry-level position is based in Pensacola, FL, and requires onsite presence. 
As a contractor, you will be responsible for handling and resolving various member requests related to savings and membership accounts, including certificates and IRAs. 
The role involves identifying suspicious activities and ensuring compliance with necessary documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Process and place holds on deposited checks. Review, add, or edit beneficiaries on member accounts. Complete certificate maturity instructions. Open and close certificate products. Participate in additional training and duties as needed based on business requirements. Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment in decision-making. Effective organizational, planning, problem-solving, and time management skills.
